Airplane Jump -- Japan

Commemorating the 500th episode of the Japanese television show, "Naruhudo! The World," Dean Gunnarson jumps from an airplane at 13,500 feet while handcuffed to the waist and strapped firmly into a straitjacket. One of Dean's most dangerous escapes yet, it is impossible to prepare jumping from an airplane while restrained -- you have only one chance! Dean had one minute of freefall in which to extract himself from handcuffs and straitjacket. Falling at 174 feet per second, Dean strips off his restraints and opens his parachute with only six seconds to spare. Landing on the ground safely, Dean is greeted by an enthusiastic and congratulatory audience.
